PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25-$28 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As HR Support, will:
- This position will support the enterprise talent acquisition team in coordinating the interviewing of applicants for open positions.
- The recruiting assistant will provide best-in-class service to candidates and internal clients, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and sense of urgency.
- Providing administrative support to business unit recruiting teams and back support to HR team when necessary
- Coordinating interviews and travel arrangements, including associated expense processing
- Ensuring candidates, hiring managers and recruiters' needs are met during the interview process
- Organizing and distributing materials associated with the hiring process
- Creating reports as necessary
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
- Assist with documentation related to recruiting
- Support I-9 verification onsite at the Salt Lake City facility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Experience working in human resources and/or talent acquisition
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or related talent acquisition tools highly preferred
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangement, and expense reporting.
