This position exercises judgment and exerts influence on relevant objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of diverse scope and complexity while managing precedents; works independently.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Sources and identifies candidates for open and pipeline positions using all available tools, including but not limited to the following: initial contact, HR interview, technical interview, and management interview.
- Manages multiple clients and competing demands in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
- Works closely with HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers to understand the recruiting needs of the business; anticipates hiring needs and proactively identifies recruiting solutions to meet those needs.
- Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.
- Develops long-term, realistic, sustainable staffing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
- Screens and interviews potential candidates. Prepares ratings on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with relevant company information.
- Benchmarks compensation externally, creates effective sourcing strategies, sources candidates, conducts competency-based interview, checks references and executes the offer process flawlessly.
- Ensures the organization complies with laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, recruiting and hiring.
- Effectively troubleshoots problems that arise in connection with recruiting and hiring.
- Keeps HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers updated as appropriate.
- Effectively interacts with all levels of employees, answering questions and providing information.
- Establish and maintain processes to maximize resume tracking software.

Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 Years with BA 1 - 3 Years with MBA.
- Prefer Five years of experience with staffing/recruitment for direct labor and professional experience.
- Exposure to manufacturing environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact well with people at all levels in, and outside of, the organization.
- Decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
40 - 45 /hour
