Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, and ADA.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Drive initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Stay informed about current HR trends, best practices, and legal developments.
- Manage HR budget and resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, best practices, and working with PEOs
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
