We are on the hunt for a seasoned HR Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR functions, including conflict resolution, performance management, employee relations, recruiting, and strategic planning. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for fostering employee engagement, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain the best talent.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring employee engagement and promoting a culture of feedback and recognition.
7. Oversee and lead training & development initiatives for all employees.
8. Develop and implement HR policies, and ensure all procedures are in compliance with legal regulations.
9. Assess organizational development needs and drive suitable training initiatives.
10. Lead conflict resolution sessions and handle employee-related issues, ensuring they are properly addressed.
11. Stay updated with employment legislation and ensure compliance within the organization.
12. Facilitate and lead team-building activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
13. Manage and oversee all bilingual communication, ensuring effective communication between English and Spanish speaking employees.
Qualifications:
1. Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
2. Demonstrated experience with Human Resources management, performance management, employee relations, recruiting, HR policies, leadership, strategic planning, employee engagement, training & development, organizational development, conflict resolution, employment law, and team building.
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
4. In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
5. Excellent leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing a team.
6. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
9. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. A Master's degree would be a plus.
10. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) is preferred.
11. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
