- Manage the development, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation programs.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation packages remain competitive.
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within organizational systems.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations, ensuring a fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Collaborate with legal counsel as needed.
- Coach and mentor managers and employees to develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Facilitate training programs on various HR topics, including leadership, communication, and compliance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with all relevant regulations.
- Provide guidance on labor laws and HR best practices.
- Lead the communication and implementation of HR policies across the organization.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of hands-on HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic HR recommendations.
- A deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and industry-leading HR practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data management.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a valuable asset.
