Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the human resources functions of a fast-growing organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with hands-on HR operations.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with hands-on HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with legal requirements.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and orientation programs.
- Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction.
- Design and deliver employee development programs, including training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring the organization remains up-to-date with changes.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing data-driven insights on workforce trends and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee HRIS systems, maintaining accurate employee records and generating reports as needed.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of belonging and respect.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices and provide solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including management experience, preferably in the food service, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to implementing HR initiatives.
