As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring the HR processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in the AEC or professional services industry and will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and OSHA compliance.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Oversee and provide guidance to two recruiters.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies, conflict resolution, and coaching.
- Training & Development: Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance improvement plans and conduct performance evaluations.
- Benefits Administration: Administer payroll and benefits programs, including 401k plans, health insurance, and other employee benefits.
- HR Administration: Manage HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and compliance reports.
- HR Strategy: Collaborate with the HR Director and Executives to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Qualifications of the HR Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM certification (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in an HR role within the AEC or professional services industry (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
