As an HR Generalist in our thriving Manufacturing industry, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise in Human Resources will be utilized to its fullest extent. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including training & development, compensation & benefits, benefits administration, and biweekly payroll. Proficiency in HRIS systems is a must, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable. This is a permanent role requiring a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.

As an HR Generalist in our thriving Manufacturing industry, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including training & development, compensation & benefits, benefits administration, and biweekly payroll. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Execute training and development programs, ensuring all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, conducting regular market research to ensure competitiveness and equity within the organization.
- Administer employee benefits, ensuring all employees understand their entitlements and any changes are communicated effectively.
- Manage biweekly payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Utilize HRIS systems for data entry, reporting, and record keeping.
- Provide guidance and advice to management and staff on HR-related matters, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Work closely with management to identify HR issues and propose effective solutions.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in training & development, compensation & benefits, benefits administration, and payroll.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems for a variety of HR functions.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
