Who:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in benefits administration, experience with UKG HRIS, and a familiarity with payroll processes.

This position will manage key HR functions, including employee benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, compliance, and open enrollment coordination. It requires expertise with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS to manage records, benefits data, and HR metrics.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: Commensurate with experience
- Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus

Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a key role in benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This role is essential in managing the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees, supporting payroll processes, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
- Open Enrollment: Coordinate and oversee the annual benefits open enrollment process, answering employee questions and providing guidance.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth offboarding experience for departing employees.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Payroll (Preferred): Support payroll processing and ensure adherence to payroll policies.
- HRIS Management: Utilize UKG HRIS to manage employee records, benefits data, and track HR metrics.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Policy Development: Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, focusing on benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Payroll: Familiarity with payroll processes (preferred).
- UKG Expertise: Demonstrated experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
