Setting: In-Office
Schedule: Monday-Friday; Daytime hours
Compensation: $23-$27 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with ADA, LOA, FMLA and NJ Disability Requests
- Process workers compensation injuries, first report of injury and unemployment claims
- Offer assistance and guidance in addressing employee relations matters and investigations
- Support store level managers and employees in the performance management process
- Assist in the benefits enrollment process for new hires, life events and open enrollment
- Provide employment and/or salary verification for associates
- Complete termination/transfer process for applicable associates
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure seamless setup for new hires across all systems
- Understand the fundamentals of the company’s recruitment processes and procedures and assist as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, filing, scanning and file uploads
Requirements/Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
- A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in an HR setting required
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels
- MUST project and maintain an extreme respect to company confidentiality
