Rolfson Oil, LLC is a growing fuel supply and logistics company focused on the fueling needs of the oil and natural gas industry. Since 1985 Rolfson Oil has delivered bulk fuel and lubricants to business, agriculture, and the oil field in North Dakota, Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Colorado. Our operations have expanded over the past year, growing from one to seven different U.S. basins during that time.
Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to perform a variety of administrative and lead tasks that support the Corporate Office. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, cross training on onboarding of new hires, disciplinary action, investigation, and assisting corporate office with projects as tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent organization, time management, problem solver, be a critical thinker, and multitasking ability. The preferred candidate would have industry experience. If you have previous experience that closely fits this role, HR, and/or familiar with our industry, we’d like to meet you.
Compensation:
- $65,000-75,000 annually (open to negotiation based on fit and experience)

Responsibilities:
- Fill in as needed with receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, directing people at the office, handling general inquiries
- Leading by example and enforcing all company policies on a daily basis
- Onboarding of new hires
- Special projects
- Develop, improve, and assist with updating forms
- Recruiting, as needed
- Checking in with various managers on employee needs and concerns
- Employee disciplinary action and terminations, as needed
- Assistant duties such as mailings, office organization, scanning bills, etc.
- Very proactive on taking initiative on projects
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Oilfield and or industry experience a plus
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Strength in professionalism and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment
- Exceptionally organized
- Excellent computer skills
- Pass drug test and criminal background check
- 2-8 years of prior HR experience preferred
