Job Description: HR Coordinator
About the role: The Executive Recruiting scheduling coordinator will be responsible for the scheduling logistics of executive candidates and interviewers across the *** enterprise.
Key Functions:
Provide recruiting support services to a recruiting group consisting of 3-5 recruiters and researchers
Proven ability to deliver work product with impeccable attention to detail and minimal errors (i.e. dates, times, names, etc.)
Serve as primary scheduling contact for external candidates and internal recruiting clients
Negotiate times and schedules to finalize candidate interviews
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiting clients and executive/administrative professionals
Manage confidential files and other privileged information in a professional manner
Serve as Zoom facilitator as interviews begin; proficient in Zoom troubleshooting
About the candidate:
A minimum of 2 years experience data entry, administrative support or customer service experience
Experience with Google Suite
Proven adaptability to new technologies
Superior organization, prioritization, and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently using process maps and detailed resources
Ability to meet hybrid expectations (Tuesday-Thursday) at the West Creek campus
Must sit onsite in Richmond, VA hybrid (Mon & Fri remote/Tue-Thu onsite)
