Essential Responsibilities:
• Works closely with management and Human Resources to support FTE/Staffing/Agencies recruitment coordination
• Support and coordinate employee's conversion projects with assigned HRBP
• Support Site manager with Daily attendance, PTO/Leave, ensuring timecard signoff by supervisors
• Assist Site Manager with Admin related reports and issues
• Performs other job-related duties as required
• Timely completion of functional request
Must Have the Following Competencies:
Supervisory Requirements:

Requirements:
• 2+ years of Business experience, Warehouse admin experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Effective oral and written communication
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
• Ability to read and analyze procedures and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Work well as a team member with other client's employees, consultants, and contractors
• Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results
• Able to work in a multicultural environment
• Flexible to work overtime when needed
