As an HR Coordinator,you will be essential to furthering our mission by supporting employees and clients with various human resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and a passion for supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
This role's key areas of focus are:
- Recruitment and Onboarding Support
- Client & Employee Records Management
- Client & Employee Assistance and Support Services
- HR Projects and Compliance Support
This role will:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions, training schedules, and paperwork completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with employee relations matters, such as conducting investigations, documenting incidents, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with coordinating employee performance evaluations, feedback processes, and tracking completion.
- Act as a liaison between the HR team and internal/external stakeholders to efficiently manage projects and handle incoming requests.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as benefits enrollment, HR compliance, and employee engagement programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics, summarizing key metrics and trends for management review.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and enhance HR operations.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
This role might be a good fit for you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or 2 – 3 years of experience in HR coordination or related role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR-related software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
