Job Summary: The HR/Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and human resources functions of the facility. Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Office Administration:
Supervise and coordinate daily office operations.
Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Oversee the maintenance of resident records and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Financial Management:
Ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
Handle payroll processing and related financial tasks.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.
Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Customer Service:
Serve as a point of contact for residents and their families.
Address and resolve any concerns or complaints.
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.
