We are on the hunt for a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in the Tech Services industry. This role is integral to our organization, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and driving our human resources strategy. As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving the people management strategy, managing talent acquisition, fostering employee relations, and implementing HR best practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field, ideally within the tech services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing guidance and support on all human resources matters.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Foster positive employee relations, acting as a liaison between employees and management, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Manage HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management programs, and training and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other HR professionals to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in the HR function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certifications will be considered an asset.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR role, ideally within the tech services industry.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage HR projects, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with HR systems and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
