About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders to address needs and provide HR solutions.
- Implement and enforce HR policies in line with company values and legal standards.
- Drive employee engagement and development through initiatives like surveys, recognition, and learning opportunities.
- Resolve employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Support performance management through goal setting, appraisals, feedback, and coaching.
- Assist with talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and legal regulations to ensure compliance.
- Proficient in HR software, such as ADP Workforce Now.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Familiarity with multi-site and multi-state operations; willingness to travel up to 15%.
- Fluent in Spanish
