What You'll Do:
Support Talent Acquisition: Help us find top talent by assisting in recruitment efforts, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Manage Employee Records: Keep things running smoothly by maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee files and documentation.
Assist with Payroll & Benefits: Help ensure our team gets paid accurately and on time, and assist with administering employee benefits.
Support Learning & Development: Help coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs to keep our team at their best.
Be the Go-To Resource: Answer employee questions about company policies, benefits, and general HR inquiries with your friendly, approachable attitude.
Help Shape Our Culture: From employee events to recognition programs, you'll play a role in creating a workplace where people love to be!
What We're Looking For:
