HR Administrator Responsibilities:

• Process new hire onboarding paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Manage I-9 forms, including E-verifications, in accordance with legal requirements.
• Process employee terminations, ensuring all documentation and systems are updated.
• Handle and manage court-mandated requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform regular employee data maintenance to keep records accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with payroll-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support the HR team and organization.

Qualifications for HR Administrator:

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and work well with others.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in HR systems and office software.
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
• HR and/or payroll experience is a plus but not required.
