About the Job
We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for supporting HR functions within an organization. Key duties include collect documentation for HR team, process background checks, handle any clerical tasks related to terminations, assist with onboarding, and help team with other related tasks as needed. They may also assist with performance management, maintaining HR databases, and supporting various administrative tasks related to HR operations using ADP.
