Job Description
This Role:
The HR Representative will provide onboarding and administrative support to the Human Resources department. This will include initial candidate interaction, general administrative duties, and communication with employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Organizing HR data and scanning files
• Responding to employee questions
• Assisting with company events

Required:
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
Preferred:
• Prior administrative experience
• Prior experience with recruiting software
