About You
- Self-starter ready to take ownership of our Marketing Website to generate leads and increase our Brand visibility.
- Proactive and thoughtful communicator
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the company, our customers, and our partners
- A good balance between great attention to detail and lack of analysis paralysis
- Highly motivated and able to operate without any hand-holding or micromanagement
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a similar field
Role Requirements:
Performance Marketing
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Lead the effort to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to ensure alignment with lead acquisition and conversion goals.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Cross-Function Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
- Partner with the design team to create high-quality marketing assets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Project Management (Critical skill): Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in growth marketing is a plus.
Probationary Period
During the first three months, this position will be engaged on a 1099 basis. The contract will be eligible for an extension or conversion at the three month mark.
