We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic Growth Marketing Manager (B2B) to found & establish Stackpack’s marketing team. We are an ambitious startup revolutionizing the B2B landscape with our AI-powered SaaS platform. Much like Salesforce created the CRM vertical and Carta created the equity management vertical, we are creating a new category needed by all businesses worldwide. About the Team:
Our team brings decades of experience, hailing from Affirm, Asana, PayPal, Google, Twilio, Adobe, WeWork, Etsy, Tropic, Pandora, Density, and eBay. We are looking to bring on our next critical team member in this role. We are a remote-first company with our leadership team and ideally this role is based in San Francisco. You will have the option to collaborate in person as desired, as well as a quarterly onsite with the whole team.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to our CEO, you will be responsible for leading the first phase of performance and content marketing motion. We are looking for a unique colleague who has experience with both content generation and modern digital marketing tactics. This person is obsessed with impacting company and revenue metrics by using the latest strategies and tools. You iterate quickly, using data to decide where to go next. You love partnering with Sales, CS and Product teams to deliver a unique content calendar and output. You are a strong, creative writer who approaches customers with humor and a human tone. And you’re totally okay with wearing multiple hats!
What You'll Do:
- Craft and manage the company’s initial content & performance marketing program, driving customer activation, engagement and retention
- Define the top of funnel strategy, including paid, SEO & experimentation strategy, using the most modern strategies and tools
- Build quarterly plans for channel strategy, budgets, and experimental vs investment areas
- Generate key content, including case studies, ads, landing pages, press releases, white papers, videos, and more
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product to develop strategy and execution plan
- Define and forecast marketing attribution funnels to measure ROI, customer value, retention and other key metrics
- Influence product positioning through testing
- Manage agencies and contractors as needed.
- Run fast, iterate often. We build flexible systems that allow for rapid product and GTM iteration, then when we have conviction, we build for scale.

Skills You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of dedicated experience in B2B content & growth marketing, including time with high-growth B2B SaaS products.
- Early stage and scaling experience preferred
- Strong writer with interest in AI applications
- Demonstrated understanding for our Finance customer ICP
- Planning: You create and execute effective plans in line with the company’s objectives and motivate & inspire others towards an articulated vision.
- Flexibility: Pivot and change direction as needed and quickly.
- Collaboration: You enjoy and excel in communication and collaboration, working in cross-functional environments and establishing the right overarching solution for a company's needs. You care about learning, growing, and helping others do the same.
- Autonomy and Comfort with Ambiguity: You thrive being able to drive programs and solutions without heavy oversight and are comfortable making decisions in an environment without the path already laid out
