Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer reporting to the Director of Creative Services, you will develop compelling visuals, animations, and motion graphics that support a range of campaigns, from public awareness initiatives to digital and social media projects. You’ll collaborate across departments to bring each project to life in alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Adobe After Effects and other tools to design and create motion graphics and animations to support various campaigns.

• Work closely with public relations, marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand visuals.

• Edit video content to enhance messaging and impact.

• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce polished graphics.

• Create professional visuals in PowerPoint for presentations.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within an agency or in-house environment.

• Advanced experience in Adobe After Effects, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Premiere Pro experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of fundamental design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Video editing skills are a plus.

• PowerPoint skills for creating polished presentation visuals.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
