Who are we looking for?
Our client is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to transform boring documents into impressive, visually appealing materials. You will primarily work on developing infographics, flyers, newsletters, social media posts, and beautifying PowerPoint presentations.
This role requires alignment with several departments to ensure that all graphics and documents reflect the client's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website visuals, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Beautify PowerPoint presentations and transform boring copies into interesting infographics and slides.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs.
- Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools.
