Overview:BOK Center is seeking an experienced individual to join a dynamic marketing team that is a knowledgeable and passionate music lover who is resourceful, motivated, committed, innovative, and approaches everything with a positive attitude.
This position will work hand in hand with the Sr Creative Marketing Manager and will be responsible for assisting with all graphic design work that is inclusive of upcoming events and needs for internal departments. Other graphic design responsibilities will include updating all in-house digital signage, venue website, social media and more. The graphic design and content coordinator’s ultimate goal is to assist the rest of the department in any way needed to ensure the success of all OVG Tulsa events.
This position will require creative suite graphic capabilities
This role pays an hourly wage of $22 to $25.

This position will remain open until Dec 31, 2024.
- Assist in managing internal marketing assets for all BOK Center events including but not limited to in-house digital signage, venue website, venue emails, and more
- Complete graphic design responsibilities as needed for internal departments such as booking, food & beverage, and sales departments
- Assist in the day-to-day management of venue social media which encompasses creating content, writing copy, and producing weekly schedules
- Serve as the social media voice of BOK Center in the absence of Sr Creative Marketing Manager
- Serve as the social media voice of OVG Tulsa’s annual Winterfest event
- Engage in conversation across all social channels with patrons, fans, artists, and local media while building followers – this conversation includes but is not limited to: answering messages & responding to comments
- Assist team members with “good vibes” brainstorming/execution of any design or artwork needed
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to assist with their needs
- Monitor all channels on an ongoing basis. Will also monitor and engage in real-time social media activities during events while providing excellent customer service
- Tracking, organizing, and archiving of all inventory and assets
- Recognize and acknowledge social trends that fall in line with BOK Center brand
- Work with the creative team to ensure a consistent look and feel across all communication pieces
- All other duties/responsibilities as assigned
• Ability to effectively work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to think “outside the box” and come up with creative ideas to set BOK Center apart
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to maintain quality working relationships with several internal departments
• Demonstrate high level of energy and a positive attitude, professionalism, integrity, motivation and a very strong work ethic
· Independent decision-making skills with ability/knowledge to apply judgement in resolving problems of moderate scope and complexity
• Ability to work long, irregular hours as dictated by programming, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Minimum Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, in sports and entertainment, marketing, public relations, mass communications or related field preferred.
Computer Skills
• Strong knowledge of and demonstrated ability in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects) is a must
· Extensive knowledge in all aspects of social media
· Demonstrated Apple MAC computer skills preferred
