Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Grants Coordinator to support our client in securing, managing, and reporting on grants and funding opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in grants management within an educational or nonprofit environment, a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, and a passion for supporting the mission of our clients institution.

Responsibilities of the Grants Coordinator:

• Research and identify grant opportunities to support school programs and initiatives.
• Prepare and submit grant proposals in alignment with funding requirements and deadlines.
• Manage the administration of grant funds, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions.
• Work closely with school leadership to track grant-funded projects and evaluate their impact.
• Develop reports for grant stakeholders, detailing financials, progress, and outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local grant regulations and trends.
• The Grants Coordinator will assist with the preparation of budgets and financial documentation for grant proposals.

Qualifications of the Grants Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in grants writing, management, or coordination, preferably within an educational or nonprofit setting.
• Strong understanding of grant application processes and compliance standards.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with grant management software is a plus.
