About the Job
Work Schedule: mONDAY-fRIDAY 12P-5P, OCCASIONAL SPECIAL EVENTS AS NEEDED.
Position Summary: The incumbent will assist in administrative duties for all departments of Team Headquarters as well as serve as the receptionist. The incumbent will also be responsible for researching and writing grants.
Supervision Exercised: N/A
Typical Physical Demands: Requires a full range of motion, including strong back, legs and arms for occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs), requires good flexibility, stress can be high with scheduling demands, fast paced with high energy required.
Typical Working Conditions: Working at a computer for prolonged time.
Job Segments:
- Seek out opportunities and funding sources that are applicable to YMCA programs and services.
- Write grants for programs/services, collect and report outcomes.
- Provide administrative support to all departments of Team Headquarters.
- Serve as the receptionist for Team Headquarters.

- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Must have experience with writing grants
- High School Diploma or satisfactory completion of the GED
- Certifications required within 45 days of hire: CPR/AED, and First Aid
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills and experience with standard business software
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
