We are hiring GRADERS/SORTERS AND PACKERS! If you are looking for hands-on work in a fast paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Season is starting and is set to last through April!

Responsibilities:
Clasificacion: Inspeccionar y clasificar los productos frescos segun los estandares de calidad para asegurar que solo los mejores productos sigan adelante en el proceso.
Empaque: Empacar productos frescos de manera eficiente y segura en cajas o contenedores, asegurando el cumplimiento con los estandares de la empresa.
Asistencia General en el Piso: Ayudar con varias tareas en el area de produccion, incluyendo la limpieza, organizacion de materiales y apoyo a otros miembros del equipo segun sea necesario.
Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad e higiene para mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro.


Grading: Inspect and sort produce based on quality standards to ensure only the best products move forward in the process.
Packing: Pack produce efficiently and safely into boxes or containers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
General Floor Assistance: Assist with various tasks across the production floor, including cleaning, organizing materials, and supporting other team members as needed.
Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Skills:
Experiencia previa en el manejo de productos frescos o en un entorno de almacen.
Familiaridad con los estandares de clasificacion y control de calidad de productos frescos.
Capacidad para trabajar horas extendidas (40-60 horas por semana) durante los periodos de mayor demanda.

Previous experience in a produce handling or warehouse setting.
Familiarity with produce grading and quality control standards.
Ability to work extended hours (40-60 hours per week) during peak periods.

Qualifications:
Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno fisicamente exigente (levantar, estar de pie durante largos periodos, etc.).
Atencion al detalle para las tareas de clasificacion y empaque.
Habilidades basicas de comunicacion para colaborar con los miembros del equipo.
Capacidad para seguir protocolos de seguridad y trabajar de manera eficiente en un ambiente de ritmo acelerado.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos semanales (1er turno una semana, 2do turno la siguiente semana).

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, standing for long periods, etc.).
Attention to detail for grading and packing tasks.
Basic communication skills to collaborate with team members.
Ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work weekly rotating shifts (1st shift one week, 2nd shift the following week).
