What You'll Do
Join our Global Partner Marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving engagement and growth within our partner ecosystem, including alliances and systems integrators. We're seeking a passionate marketer dedicated to unlocking customer value through strategic partnerships.
As the Engagement and Operations Lead, you will collaborate closely with partners who Buy-with, Sell-with, and Deliver-with us (Resell, ISV / Technology, and SI). Your focus will be on scaling partner value, requiring creativity, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams.
You'll work alongside external and internal stakeholders—from sales and marketing to product teams—to achieve impactful results. Success in this role demands a growth mindset, a dedication to customer and partner needs, and the ability to drive initiatives from inception to fruition.
This position reports to the Sr. Director, Global Partner Marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies to drive partner growth at scale, including creating templates, managing MDF, calculating ROI, building campaigns-in-a-box, and analyzing results.
Lead our Partner Day event and collaborate on third-party events to engage our technology, resell, and SI partner base.
Foster partner engagement through metrics monitoring and ownership of Partner Advisory Council, translating feedback into actionable insights.
Manage partner communications across social media, newsletters, emails, and related channels.
Collaborate with PR and thought leadership to amplify customer success stories and build industry momentum.
Maximize partner community value for our Self-Service, Commercial, and Enterprise customers, aligning with sales and marketing teams.
Craft and execute the "Docusign + Partner Better Together" narrative across various touchpoints, including pitch decks, events, assets, and our website.
Track and measure marketing ROI and pipeline impact, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
Develop deep insights into partner and customer needs to align with quarterly and annual goals.
Job Designation
This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work, requiring a minimum of two days per week in-office.
What You Bring
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree, including 2+ years in SaaS.
3-5 years of experience in developer marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, or field marketing with a focus on partner or alliance programs in SaaS.
Preferred Qualifications
Highly motivated and proactive individual with strong collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
Adaptable to fast-paced, results-driven environments with strategic and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented attitude.
Experience in enterprise SaaS software products and marketing to developers and product managers.
Project management or cross-functional team experience is a plus.
