Global Engineering Director at Nesco Resource

This role will guide a diverse, international team across the US, India, and Europe, focusing on innovation, resource optimization, and productivity enhancement. Position Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Automation, with 15+ years of experience delivering and sustaining products in areas like control valves, isolation valves, actuation, smart valve devices, communication protocols, and industrial asset management.
• At least 8 years of experience in team management, including 5+ years leading global teams in matrix organizations.
• Proven ability to translate complex digital requirements into innovative products, with a strong portfolio in intellectual property to support differentiation.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in industrial automation standards, digital communication protocols, Digital Twin, IoT, and Industry 4.0.
• Ability to manage and lead teams in an Agile environment, adapting quickly to new market trends. Experience in setting up and managing Agile software development processes.
• Self-motivated with strong motivational skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to drive production and development schedules effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communication with internal and external stakeholders, including management and team members.
• Proficiency in producing and delivering professional engineering reports and presentations to various audiences.
• Willingness to travel globally approximately 20-30% of the time.
