About the Job
Our client, leading an organization within the Energy industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Director of HR Services. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will be responsible for reviewing current HR processes, making strategic recommendations, and delivering on all key initiatives and goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of managing teams to a high level of performance.
What will you be working on?
As part of the HR leadership team, you will collaborate with internal stake holders to ensure HR strategies support organizational goals and help drive the success of the business. You will evaluate and analyze current HR process and systems and identify key areas to improve the efficiency and delivery of services.
As a leader, you will also lead, mentor, and guide the global HR services team in their journey to become a high-performance team focused on delivering results.
What qualifications do I need to be successful?
- A minimum of 10 years of experience working within Human resources within the energy industry with several years of experience leading a shared services function across a medium-to-large organization. Experience working as an HR Business partner is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to deliver within expected levels of service on a day-to-day basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Experience working with Oracle HCM and analytical tools such as Tableu/Power BI.
