We are in need of a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Superintendent who is ready to make the leap to a General Superintendent title. This person must have strong industrial/tilt-up experience to be considered. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals, overseeing all aspects of our industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a degree in construction. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 15 years of experience as a Superintendent relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing all industrial operations and ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
2. Managing and coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the manufacturing process.
4. Ensuring that all safety and compliance standards are met and that all staff are trained and well-versed in these standards.
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
6. Implementing quality control programs to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of excellence.
7. Preparing and presenting reports on industrial operations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 15 years of experience within construction.
2. A degree in construction or a related field.
3. Extensive manufacturing experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale industrial operations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
6. A deep understanding of industrial safety and compliance standards.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in using various software and technology tools related to industrial operations.
