Sachet, a Michelin recognized restaurant serving delicious Mediterranean cuisine is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team.

Sachet is a JAMES BEARD AWARDS 2022-National Semifinalist for Outstanding Wine Program.

You will lead a well-rounded and knowledgeable front-of-house team. Proper guest service requires a staff that is thoroughly trained in service etiquette, product knowledge, and makes every effort to meet the needs of each guest. You love building and maintaining sound working relationships with your coworkers!

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an upscale restaurant with strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage our team.

Commitment to delivering high-quality service and a great dining experience

Demonstrate dependability by being reliable, responsible, and able to fulfill requires obligations.

Strong knowledge of food, wine and cocktails

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Floor management-engaging with guests, troubleshooting issues, managing the flow of service and management of the reservation book and host, while communications with the kitchen and dining room team.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills and effectively address various situations in the changing environment.

Fluent knowledge of facilities and Health Department standards
