• Maintains all duties of regular employees, shift supervisors and assistant store managers.
• Responsible for all day to day operations of the store
• Maintains financial reports and regularly audits the employees.
• Coaches assistant store manager and ensures they're capable of running the store themselves.
• Provides an open learning environment to encourage development within the company.
• Deals with HR issues including but not limited to inappropriate workplace conduct, tardiness and absences.
• Mitigates potential risks by immediately addressing any issues that arise within the store.
• Responsible for scheduling, hiring and termination of employees.
• Models the upbeat and fun work environment with a customer first attitude we strive to achieve.
