Job Title: General Manager (Utilities Division)
Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 base salary bonus, benefits, 401(k), company vehicle, and more.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead and grow our Utilities Division. This newly created role will focus on overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business development, managing budgets, and shaping the future strategy of the division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in utilities management, with a strong background in large diameter piping and/or wastewater treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team within the Utilities Division.
- Oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Drive business development efforts to expand into new markets and increase revenue.
- Manage the Utilities Division budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives for the long-term growth of the division.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in utilities or wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) management.
- Strong expertise in large diameter piping (18” ) and/or WWTP facilities.
- Preferred experience working in the Philadelphia/Mid-Atlantic region.
- Proven track record in leadership, business development, and operations management.
Additional Information:
- The first 6 months will be fully on-site for training and integration into the company culture and procedures.
- After 6 months, flexible work arrangements, including a hybrid schedule, may be available.
- This role also involves significant business development responsibilities, requiring frequent travel to meet potential clients and explore new markets within the Philadelphia metro area
