Position: General Manager

As the General Manager of StretchLab Rye Brook, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, driving membership growth, and cultivating a welcoming and motivating environment that makes StretchLab a valued part of the local wellness community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily studio operations with a focus on exceptional client service and satisfaction.
• Drive membership sales through effective local marketing, community outreach, and strategic brand-building initiatives.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of Flexologists and sales associates, fostering a positive and growth-focused culture.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to implement strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Create an engaging, welcoming studio environment that aligns with StretchLab’s mission and values.
• Host regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to ensure alignment, support professional development, and set clear goals.
• Collaborate with StretchLab’s leadership team to continuously enhance the client experience and promote membership retention.
• Maintain studio standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to all policies and safety protocols.

✨ Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in a management role, ideally within the fitness, wellness, or retail sectors.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with a talent for motivating and developing a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy, with a willingness to use AI-driven tools to streamline operations and optimize client service.
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
