We are seeking a dynamic and self-starting Project Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding results.
We are seeing an experienced General Manager to head up our roofing division. You will oversee all aspects of the roofing division including sales and report to the company president. This position is unique and will require an individual with meaningfully advanced Field Sales and Construction Management skills.
An ideal applicant would have previous experience in commercial and residential roofing and solar sales and have the ability to train salespeople on how to sell the roofing systems, help and grow a sales team on Insurance and cash based sales processes. The candidate we need is an experienced individual that can lead field production efficiently while dealing in a professional manner with high-end clientele while keeping our standard of building high-quality projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure budgets and goals are met Responsible for the hiring, training, retention, evaluation, and development of all employees.
- Responsible for staffing, hiring, training, supervision, and termination of employees.
- Prepare budgets and goals.
- Manage workflow and expenses.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the roofing division.
- Assist with creation of programs and employee development opportunities.
- Lead the onboarding and implementation of new client accounts through a defined process.
- Recognize and identify opportunities for growth within client accounts.
- Educate clients on best practices for offshore operations.
- Support your team with creative problem-solving and process improvements.
- Delegate projects and develop quarterly goals within the team to support the completion of company goals.
Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of roofing and solar construction.
- 3-5 years of roofing sales experience.
- Must be very well organized and systematic.
- Good leadership abilities.
- Needs to understand how to use Xactimate in order to price Hail and Wind Claims.
- Understanding of Asphalt Shingles/ Mod Bit Roofing Systems, Metal, Decra, Tile, and Westlake.
- Metal roofing systems.
- In Commercial solid understanding of TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofing systems, as well as understanding roofing coating systems.
