COMPENSATION RANGE:  $180,000.00 - $195,000.00   DOQ

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will work with the Group Vice President and Corporate, establish business objectives for the site and provide direction to achieve the objectives in business, customers, employees and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Complete long-range planning in support of corporate goals and objectives.
• Pursues new customer and business expansions opportunities.
• Responsible for employee discipline and morale.
• Provides quarterly business and capital investment forecasts.
• Provides leadership and direction in the Lean Sigma program.
• Typically performs job role and responsibilities at a site of <500 employees.
• Works closely with the Group VP and Corporate.
• Works closely with site Lean Champion and Controllers to estimate, track and validate financial benefits of Lean Sigma projects and activities.
• Complies and follow all company security policies and procedures.
• Performs other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and WebEx conferencing software
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills including ability to effectively coach and mentor employees at all levels.
• >5 years’ experience in contract manufacturing.
• Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas of manufacturing operation.
• Ability to influence at all levels within the organization.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or University.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years’ experience in contract manufacturing.
• Extensive experience in working directly with customers and developing customer relationships.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and personnel.
• Experience in all areas of manufacturing operations.
