Our 52,000 sq ft indoor and outdoor space in Kirkwood offers dog daycare, boarding, grooming, training, and an off leash social dog park.

The Pet Care General Manager will lead the Pet Care Services team in providing excellent service and care for our dog customers while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal Pet Care General Manager has...

• Proven experience in the pet care industry, overseeing multiple service lines, including grooming, training, daycare, and boarding
• A strong ability to lead and inspire teams, getting results through coaching and motivating others
• A deep understanding of pet care processes and the ability to champion pre-existing policies and protocols
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing challenges head-on

As our Pet Care General Manager, you will…

• Lead a well-trained Pet Services Team to ensure quality care across Skiptown’s service lines
• Support team members on-site, solving problems, and handling escalated situations
• Champion and uphold existing pet care policies and protocols, ensuring compliance and excellence
• Oversee the daily operations of grooming, daycare, training, and boarding services
• Manage staffing resources effectively to meet operational needs and maintain smooth workflows
• Track key service metrics and ensure goals are met
• Collaborate effectively with other key team members
