Wild Spring Dunes will be a premier public golf resort and refuge where world-class golf meets unparalleled accommodations and homesites. Featuring two expertly routed courses with plans for a short course and practice center, our resort offers a diverse and comprehensive golfing experience. Wild Spring Dunes is located in historic East Texas, two hours from both Dallas and Houston and 25 minutes from nearby Nacogdoches.

What You'll Do:

Build Community: Be the face of Wild Spring Dunes, weaving relationships with Founders, homeowners, and guests into the fabric of this unique destination.
Lead Real Estate Sales: Manage and grow property sales, working closely with marketing and development teams.
Lead Operations: Oversee everything from our world-class courses to our luxury accommodations and beyond.
Inspire a Team: Cultivate a culture of excellence where collaboration and service come first.
Plan Strategically: Navigate the challenges of launching and managing a new resort while growing it into something extraordinary.

What We're Looking For:

A proven leader with 10+ years of senior-level experience in golf, hospitality, or real estate.
A true people person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A visionary with strategic thinking, financial savvy, and adaptability to drive success.
A passion for golf, nature, and creating communities that thrive.
