As General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, sales, customer relations, and team performance across multiple teams. Your leadership will ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This role combines management, problem-solving, software expertise, and hands-on industry knowledge to drive results.

- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inspections, repairs, and service delivery.
- Manage team logistics, service routes, and fleet operations to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor and improve operational workflows, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
- Sales & Customer Experience:
- Collaborate with the Sales, CSR, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding, scheduling, and client communication.
- Implement processes to enhance customer interactions, utilizing software for communication and scheduling.
- Address escalated customer issues, offering solutions to restore confidence and satisfaction.
- Technology & Process Improvement:
- Utilize ServiceTitan or similar software to oversee operations, implement updates, and improve efficiency.
- Develop and standardize communication processes to enhance the customer experience.
- Track key performance metrics to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Team Management & Training:
- Lead and motivate office and field teams to maintain productivity, accountability, and morale.
- Provide training and mentorship to enhance technical and customer service skills.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of employees.
- Business Development & Strategy:
- Collaborate with company owners to implement strategies for growth and expansion.
- Build relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients to drive revenue.
- Represent the company at industry events and within the local community.
- Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a management role, ideally in plumbing, pool services, construction, or a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar operations and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, especially with escalated customers.
- High comfort level with technology, computers, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of operational logistics, including team routing, fleet management, and workflow optimization.
- Preferred Experience:
- Plumbing or swimming pool systems experience; licensed plumbers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience managing construction or service teams in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Proven ability to develop and implement processes that drive business performance.
