Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager is responsible for maintaining quality restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the success of the restaurant while acting as a role model and displaying professional conduct towards customers and staff. The General Manager is in charge of upgrading and strengthening operations when needed and maintaining quality products and service according to company standards and policies while overseeing the profit and loss of the restaurant by following cash control, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking corrective action when needed. Our General Manager will also play a major role in recruiting, interviewing and selecting outstanding team members as well as their retention.

Qualifications

· High volume experience of 3+ years as a General Manager is a must for this position

· A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the General Manager must posses

· The General Manager must have a proven track record in assisting the company in the achievement of solid financial results

· The General Manager must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things

· The General Manager may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
