The Position:
The General Manager of the Floor Care Division owns the success of the Higgins floor care business, Higgins Flooring Services. This role will shape sales and marketing strategies, manage operations to ensure quality and safety, and cultivate strong customer relationships. Analyzing data to drive strategic decisions, building a high-performing team, and contributing to the company's growth are critical to the success of this role.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in floor care operations; Certification in floor care maintenance preferred.
- Experience growing a business- setting targets, acquiring customers, building teams, achieving goals.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
