We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our store team in outreach sales, sales strategy and customer service. Additionally, building our corporate team with a strong company culture, and operational excellence as we grow will be important in this role. Our company is in high growth mode and in need of someone who can motivate a team to drive sales to hit stretch revenue targets and team build in order to reduce turnover and create a strong team dynamic that can help the business grow.

About You
• 8+ years experience in retail, hospitality, or sales leadership including managing a front-line team
• Shopify experience preferred, but not required
• Willing to give and receive feedback regarding improving shopping environment, customer service, and back of house operations
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends if needed
What You’ll Do: Retail Management
- Lead and Manage Buckhead Store Sales team to hit revenue goals and build an engaged, loyal team.
- Offer assistance in strategy for scheduling as it relates to hitting target sales goals
- Lead associates training for outreach sales and customer service, hold accountable weekly to sales goals and drive excellence
- Lead visual merchandising in Atlanta store
- Lead in sales competitions and motivation of sales associates
- Engage with loyal customers in our store or at pop-ups to create opportunities for future brand exposure at in-home shows or in store sip&shops
- Oversee all trunk show and sip&shop opportunities and drive sales associates to do outreach to secure opportunities
- Manage and enhance the operations of CRM Platform, ensuring seamless adoption of new hires. Assign customer outreach. Fine tune audience segmentation to tailor our outreach efforts effectively.
- Oversee and meticulously track weekly outreach activities, ensuring they are well-organized and accurately recorded. Drive the initiative to analyze and report on the return on investment (ROI) from our endeavors, demonstrating the value and impact of our strategies in a weekly recap email screenshotting our reports & insights.

- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. This includes creating opportunities for team members to contribute ideas and feedback that drive business improvements. This also includes recognizing individual and team achievements on a monthly basis.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the company’s values in all interactions. Reinforce the company’s mission, values, and goals, ensuring that every team member feels aligned with and invested in the business's success.
- Schedule all team member reviews and attend when appropriate, take notes
- Schedule all team meetings, lead or delegate leadership and programming
