Are you a dedicated maintenance professional looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to ensure our venues shine and provide exceptional guest experiences. If you have a knack for maintenance tasks and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to drive your own vehicle to different locations
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clear driving record, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to transport some tools and equipment
• 2-5 years of experience in general maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8-12 hours.
• Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
• Tools Provided: Necessary tools will be provided to complete the job.
• Submit to a background & drug test

Hours & Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday - Friday (requirement: ability to work Weekends/Nights & Holidays as needed)

Work Location:

• East: Flower Mound, McKinney, The Colony, Highland Village
• Must be willing to travel to our other locations to assist other technicians with larger jobs

What You'll Do

• Curb Appeal: Assist in making our venues tour-ready by enhancing their curb appeal.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform and oversee routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
• Safety First: Identify, report, and correct safety hazards to maintain a secure environment.
• Special Projects: Assist with special projects that support our maintenance and operational goals.
• Guest Experience: Prioritize guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional maintenance services at the venue level.
• Inventory Management: Maintain required inventory of materials to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Operations Managers and Facilities Director to resolve maintenance and landscaping issues.
• Time Management: Efficiently schedule tasks using daily to-do lists, weekly schedules, and prioritize items requiring attention.
• Task Completion: Ensure all assigned tasks from the Facilities Director are completed promptly.
• Brand Ambassador: Reflect company values and serve as a brand ambassador at all times.
