Ideal Candidate Profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from a T-14 law school (Required).
• Graduation Year Requirement: JD earned 2018-2022.
• Judicial Clerkship (Highly Preferred): U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals, or federal district courts.
• Prior Summer Associate Experience at an AM 100 firm (Preferred).
• 2-4+ years of experience at an AM 100 or AM 200 law firm.
• Government & Regulatory Experience (Preferred): DOJ, SEC, FTC, U.S. Attorney's Office, or White House Counsel.
• Public Sector Legal Experience (Encouraged): Federal/public litigation, appellate advocacy, or regulatory enforcement.
• Exceptional Legal Writing & Research Skills with strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Bar Admission in Texas or eligibility to waive in.
• Consistent Employment History with no unexplained gaps or frequent job-hopping.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $225,000 $435,000
• Bonus Structure: Performance-based discretionary bonuses
