Guthrie Lourdes is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Guthrie Binghamton Riverside Drive – Digestive Care team.              

As a Guthrie Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you play an important role in caring for our patients while acting as a patient advocate and collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers, as well as Guthrie Specialists throughout the strong referral Network.  

Highlights of the Position

• Responsibilities
  • Conducting initial and follow-up patient assessments. 
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. 
  • Prescribing medications and treatments. 
  • Providing patient education and counseling. 
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

  • Competitive Salary starting at of $115,000 and dependent on experience.

• Qualifications
  • Current license in New York State.
  • Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 
  • Experienced or newly graduated candidates are equally welcome to apply.
