Premier Suburban Medical Group is a large multi-specialty team of more than 40 physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants with locations in Homer Glen, Joliet, Lockport, New Lenox and a brand-new anchor site in Orland Park. Qualifications: 

• Masters degree from an accredited school/college of nursing program
• Licensed APN in the State of Illinois
• Controlled Substance and DEA license (or ability to get one within six months of hire)
• PALS/ACLS certification
• Experience in Gastroenterology strongly preferred
