GFEBS Analyst
Supporting PEO Soldier
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Salary: 80K-110K Annual; Commensurate with Education/Experience
Schedule: Hybrid
Clearance: Active DoD Secret minimum
Primary Duties
- General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS): Serve as the primary expert and point of contact for tasks and issues related to GFEBS.
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
- Property Repayment System (PRS): Familiarity with managing repayment processes and data.
- Logistics Management Program (LMP): Knowledge of logistics operations and program management.
- Cost Change Action Request (CCAR): Ability to handle cost adjustments effectively.
- Program Optimization and Budget Execution (cPROBE): Experience in budget planning and execution strategies.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting:
- Daily Status of Funds (SoF) Reporting – Primary responsibility.
- Weekly Status of Funds Reporting and analysis.
- Support for PEO Monthly Execution Reviews through accurate data and documentation.
Support Roles:
- SPAR Administration Coordination: Serve as a backup for non-disclosure agreements (NDA), briefings, and related tasks.
- FIAR (Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness): Provide audit support.
- SDT (Standard Data Transformation): Assist as required.
- GFEBS Training Coordination: Act as a backup training coordinator.
- DTS Debt Management Monitor (DMM): Provide updates to the Budget Management Chief (BM Chief) only, avoiding direct interaction with government personnel.
Contract and Financial Management:
- Oversee Contracts Monthly Reporting – Primary responsibility.
- Prepare MICP (Managers' Internal Control Program) documentation.
- Serve as the primary monitor for cSustain activities.
Visualization and Data Tools:
- Act as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for the Visualization Tool, covering OMA, RDA, TDY, travel, and other categories.
- Resolve and report IDOC Errors.
Specialized Reporting:
- Manage Depot Level Maintenance PB-61 (SNaP) data as the POC.
- Handle T&E Exhibits (BES/PB) within SNaP as the designated POC.
- Execute and report HQ IOB Funds Execution (MIPRs) using GFEBS and PMRT EA/CCAR.
Analysis and Coordination:
- Generate PMRT Reports/Charts – Primary responsibility.
- Provide Fiscal Year-End Support for execution tasks.
- Act as a backup for PEO POM OMA/RDA OCO & CONOPS processes.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and update Funding Position and Cheat Sheet documentation – Primary responsibility.
- Support SYNCADA processes and updates.
